Refund Policy

Whaley Genetics sells digital downloads only. No physical products are shipped, so no items need to be mailed back.

30-Day Refund Requests

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing rebelmhz@gmail.com. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request so we can review it.

Download Problems or Incorrect Files

If your download link does not work, your file will not open, or you receive the wrong file, contact us at rebelmhz@gmail.com. We will help restore access or provide the correct file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a refund.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact us with both order numbers so we can review and refund the duplicate purchase.

Refund Processing

We will notify you by email when your refund request has been reviewed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact rebelmhz@gmail.com.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
